Elevator lobby finishes are standard drywall construction and carpet tile flooring. 2nd floor C/D lobby has spandrel glass and drywall construction. The 1st floor lobby entrance on the west side of the building is a drywall and carpeted entrance. Both entrances have revolving doors and are manned with security personnel and card access security barriers.

HVAC mechanical systems— heated and cooled by two Mammoth Penthouse (PAC) roof units. Each unit serves half of the side of the building on all floors. All HVAC systems are controlled via Honeywell operating software feed to the Colliers Facility Maintenance Office.
Air is distributed via fan powered VAV boxes.
PAC #7 is chilled with 4 Copland semi-hermetic screw compressors (330 tons) and PAC #8 with 4 Copland semi-hermetic screw compressors (330 tons).
Each PAC has 15, 10HP supply fans; two 50 HP return fans; and an evaporative condenser with 6 fans—3 horsepower each. Supplemental units support a variety of areas within the complex. Critical units support the IS infrastructure areas (there are two Liebert units in the building; Q-Star lab as well as units locally within each support closet on every floor.
Building heating is provided by indirect gas fired boilers model 1500, input capacity MBH:1875, output 1500, gas pressure of 7-14 lbs. General heating is provided by electric reheat coils on VAV boxes throughout the space.

The building is fed by JCP&L. Primary electric power is delivered by a 13.2 kV to main switch gear room located off the loading dock. 13.2 kV primary high voltage is reduced to 277/480 volts, 3-phase, 4-wire, the substation is rated at 5,000 amps and is then distributed to the floors by two, 800 amp bus ducts.

Building security personnel are supplemented by a surveillance and card access system with cameras positioned in public areas throughout the building, parking lots and perimeter areas. Two entrances are manned with security personnel.
There are empty conduits for future tenant data providers and separate feeds. There is only a copper Verizon feed.
There is a grab ’n’ go food service, sit down areas and a conference services area. There are four total loading dock bays—one of the bays is currently occupied by a waste compactor.
